# Find your way on Mac

## The sidebar

The top rows are **Library**, **Inbox**, **Starred**, **Tags** and **Trash**. **Tags** opens a list of your tags that you can search. Below them are your spaces, grouped under areas.

At the foot of the sidebar are the workspace menu, **Recent history**, and a **What's new** button when there's a release you haven't seen.

Press `⌘1` to `⌘5` for the top rows in order, and `⌘6` for the Spaces page.

## The workspace menu

Click the button at the foot of the sidebar. It holds:

- **Settings**
- **Help**: **What's new**, **Send feedback**, **Roadmap** and **Contact support**
- **Apps**: **Get the iOS app** and **Get the Chrome extension**

## The command bar

Press `⌘K`, or `⌘F` to start a search. Type to search your library, or type a command: filter, sort, switch theme, open a Settings pane, or open the capture widget or Quick Search.

## The Settings window

Press `⌘,`, or choose **Settings** in the workspace menu. The panes are listed on the left:

- **General**, **Appearance** and **Account**
- Capture: **Capture**, **Shortcuts** and **Voice**
- AI: **AI**, **Providers**, **MCP** and **Experiments**
- Data: **Sync**, **Backup** and **Data**

It opens on the last pane you used.

## Questions

### Where is Later on the Mac?

It's a list inside the Inbox, not a row in the sidebar.

### How do I go back to where I was?

Press ⌘[ to go back and ⌘] to go forward.

### Where do I connect an AI agent?

Choose Connect AI Agents… in the Resurf menu, or open Settings → MCP.
