Resurf keeps organization light on purpose. Save first, group later, and only as much as helps you find things again.
A space is a durable collection in the sidebar: name, color, icon, a line of description. One capture can live in several. Drag captures onto a space, or hover a card and press S. Whatever space you're browsing is where new drops land.
Tags cut across spaces. Hover a card and press T to edit them; type #tag in search to filter. Right-click a tag in the sidebar to rename or delete it. Rename updates every capture; delete offers Undo.
Drop one capture onto another and you have a stack: a small tilted pile, like an iOS folder. Names are optional. Open it to browse, promote to space when it grows up, or unstack. Search still finds each item inside.
Tip · Rule of thumb: space for anything you'll come back to for months, stack for this week's pile, tag for a word you'll search.
