• Install on multiple devices you personally own or control
• Create backups of the software for archival purposes

Restrictions

• Do not share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Do not use the software for any unlawful purpose

Your Data

All data you create in Resurf remains yours. Your captures, notes, and files are stored locally on your device. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content.

Disclaimer

Resurf is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with Resurf, contact us at support@resurf.so for a full refund.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Resurf after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
