Both unlock the full app today. The only difference is updates. One time ($49, currently $39 for a limited time) gives you 2 years of free updates, then the version you have keeps working forever. Lifetime ($99, currently $79 for a limited time) gives you every future update, forever. Pick One time if you want the cheaper way in. Pick Lifetime if you don't want to think about it again.
Nothing expires. The version you have keeps working forever. If you want another two years of new updates, renew for $29 whenever you like. Lapsing is fine too: renew a year later and the new window simply starts that day, no back-pay.
