Voice notes that write themselves

A voice note in Resurf is a recording plus a transcript. You get a tidy version to read and search, with the raw words one toggle away.

Record

On Mac: ⌘⇧C, then v. A live waveform, pause and resume, done. On iPhone: the Voice tile in the capture tab, the Quick Capture widget, or long-press the app icon for Record.

Keep talking, leave the app

On iPhone the recording keeps going if you dismiss the sheet or switch apps. A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows the waveform with Pause, Resume, and Stop right there.

The transcript does the work

Each note gets a title and a cleaned-up transcript on its own (rambles become sentences). The raw words are one toggle away, and every transcript is searchable.

Transcription runs on your device by default. Audio never leaves it unless you turn on AI features with your own key in Settings.
